The Holocaust
The Holocaust was a uncomplete genocide that was planned by Adolf Hitler. The Nazi’s were a group of Germans that disliked the Jews. 6 million Jewish people died during the Holocaust. The first killings of Jews was what initially started WWII. The ghetto was a popular place where Jews used to hide from the Nazi’s but eventually they were found and shipped off to concentration camps. The Nazi’s also invaded poland but almost one million Jews had already taken refuge further east. Many people tried to stop the killings behind Hitler’s back but their orders were ingnored and the killings didn’t stop. WWII officaly stopped in 1945 with the event of Hitler’s Suicide.
